We host very small, hands-on Macaron classes in our Victoria and Vancouver patisseries. Classes are a maximum of seven students and are roughly three hours long. You choose your favourite flavour, and we’ll show you everything from how to make the shells and fillings, to different filling techniques. While the macaron shells are baking you'll enjoy a sampling of savoury macarons and a beverage. At the end of class all the macaron are shared amongst all the students, so that everyone leaves with 30-40 macarons in several different flavours! (Don't worry—macarons freeze very well!)
Please inquire about private group classes as these may often be organised outside of our regularly scheduled classes.
Please note that all classes are non refundable but can be rescheduled once as long as we are given 7 days notice.
